Good morning! This blog you are about to read will be discussed by me, later tonight. Perseverance. Plant a mango seed today and tomorrow you look, the dirt is still culturing a wet mango seed. Seed will not become a tree in one month, not even in one year! I searched for a quote from Google and it says: "Effort will release it's reward only after you refuse to quit". Twenty years after, imagine that your mango tree has been giving you basket upon baskets of succulent, sweet, refreshing mangoes to share to all of the town! It is abundant to give you every year, to share with your generations to come. Legacy is a treasure you will hand over to your children's children when you are gone. This is why perseverance today is crucial to all business owners! Relatively, if we plant a flower, in time, nature will structure this flower to flourish from the bud up to the blossoming beauty. Biology translates that the effort of the flower is to bloom, in time. The seed will need to survive for a number of weeks, spread the roots for it to feed from the soil's water and minerals and the sprout will also take it's turn to blossom with a beautiful color to add in nature's awesomeness. The awesomeness of the flower is the prize from the PERSEVERANCE of the roots, which is not viewed on top soil, and which we didn't see survival of it from weeks or months.

To survive today in achieving your dreams, let me spell out to you P.E.R.SEVERE.ANCE. Let me paint to you a picture of yourself standing in point Zero and your dreams are in the 90º of the first quadrant, which we know is the positive (up) and positive (right) side of the 360º circle according to Des Cartes. We also all know that a straight line is the fastest way to go between point to point. The line is the distance between you and your dream. Hold on to the picture of the mango seed back into your imagination, if you please. The seed will create a sprout for 1 to 3weeks. The seedling will not produce fruit for at least six years of it's life. Six years?! Six years is crucial if the mango seedling is left alone, without planter's stems to cover it from wind, animal cruelty, improper care, and no water to bring it to life. Let us talk about the seed inside the soil. You bury it! Relatively here in AIM Global's business, you should bury your Pleasure and Emotions. I am sure that you have been made yourself in angeR over the past years of your life, but that is for another school of thought and will be discussed in due time in my blogs. The picture of the seedling for the next six years of its life, with the planter's stems around the sprout, is now up in my imagination. You, now, being the planter of this seedling and holding the the thought of legacy for your generations to come, will have to care for it for the next six years of your life. Would you not agree that it will be a SEVERe six years of your life? Cultivating the seedling is a part time work which you can hold on for every single day. Expectation is the beauty in this early life of the seedling. You as the planter, will also have to make sure that you are aware and trained for more information, enhancements on cultivating your seedling. The chANCE reaching the full ten or twenty years of the mango tree will make way for another seeds to multiply. You, being an experienced planter, even for a short 10 years of life, will now be whistling your way to a smoother timeline since you have been made sharp with the heavy trainings you have experienced in your AIM Global business.

Life begins at the end of your comfort zone. If you are still left in the dark, maybe you would want to ask for coaching? Maybe you need watering, or in AIM Global's enrichment process, maybe you need someone to cultivate your growth? Or have someone to protect you on your SEVERe hardships in the early years of your business. You have to start and end your comfort zone! You have to reach for your dreams, that destination from point A to point B up the timeline of your life. You have to make effort and change your attitude in order to quickly ride your way up to the shortest distance of your timeline. Prepare. The Perfect Storm of Opportunities

For those of you who are interested to know more on why we are doing the business of Alliance In Motion Global (a.k.a. AIM Global), kindly continue to read on.

Now if we just take 1 percent out of that 100,000 AIM Global leaders worldwide and name this population under UAE market alone (AIM Global in UAE), this would give us 1,000 distributors here in UAE alone with minimum earnings of USD1million each!

The Rocky Pavement (A Reflection)

I just got home. And I am writing this blog with the inspiration from this man who walked passed me at the same road I was crossing. Today was one of the days when I was walking home, alone. Usually it's me and Roda, my friend from other department at the office. The weather here in Dubai today is still cool and light, for now. Roda lives four building lots from where I live. We walk towards home crossing one signal from office, and there is no much hassle yet from the breeze this time (oh summer, please don't come yet).

I got startled with this particular man I told you about, earlier. From office to reach the crossing, would take a good ten-minute walk. I was sure I was walking alone from the second corner away from office (it's a neighborhood and it would be easier geographically to walk around since the inside roads are marked one-way). Before reaching this crossing, cars are passing and I can sense that this guy is eager for the cars to finish up. I hesitated to ask if he was from same office while I was sure we have a good 30-second to stand in the sun, in that same corner with him.

Now walking on the isle, both of us are about to jump (metaphor) in for the other side of cars passing the opposite way. I obviously stopped, waited and watched for cars to finish since I don't have someone to present Alliance In Global with tonight. While standing and sending him away from my sight, I am aware I couldn't walk towards his way simply because I was concerned of the soles of my walking shoes. Feeling the warm sunlight gently touching my back, I thought to myself this reflection clearly is a story to share. The isle is a rocky pavement. I had a tough day at the office and was on my shoes either standing or walking for like 30% of my day already. Did I mention that our office fire alarm was on and everybody stood outside for like twenty/ thirty minutes. Not complaining, but the thought of this reflection made me stare more, rather than walking and reaching farther like 10 meters together with him.

You see, doing the business of Alliance In Motion Global is similar to what just happened. There was the man who was eager to cross so rather than waiting for our turn to cross the street while cars are still driving by, he walked his path on the rocky pavement. Difficulties and hardship meets the soles of his shoes. His drive to his destination is greater than the worry of his thousand steps (exaggeration).

Imagine if this man is a business partner with AIM Global. I am standing behind many steps while he continues with doing the business by the months, like the steps he is taking away from me. If we multiply the number of steps to months that this man if walking away from me, he had gone far away and closely reaching for his destination, his family's financial freedom.

If you are not willing to learn, no one can help you. If you are determined to learn, no one can stop you. If this man has the drive in him to reach early to his destination, he will surely continue and not wait for any other parameters which would block his way. This man did not waste any of his time and patiently waited for his turn to reach cross the road, but rather he routed for the available way which is the rocky pavement. If there is another way to earn extra while we are still strong and while there is an available opportunity or person who could share us the beauty of network marketing, what is stopping you and continue your wait on achieving an opportunity to earn AED1,920 every single day? The business opportunity, AIM Global, is like any other business which you need to take time and learn for. If the drive comes within you, that you want to reach your goal of financial freedom at an early age of 30 or 40 (rather than 60 or 70), then grab your phone and let us discuss the business now. Remember, you cannot enjoy your money if you are at your 60.

Ask yourself: What is my Purpose in Life?

I got this very inspirational message from my mentor, Allan Pahita. If you are reading this, thank you very much for this wonderful awakening!

There are four quadrants in life. You have to know where you are in your state of existence right now. Draw a cross and do this very quick exercise. Mark your paper a vertical line from up to down and mark another line, to form a big cross, now from left to right. You now have a cross which I will tell you what to write on each quadrants. Let it be clear that you are to fill up the following quadrants which words I will tell you, from left to right and back again below, from left to right. Ready? Now write this down in very particular and proper manner. Remember, this depends on the number of the quadrant. Your drawing board now is a writing board. You need to write from left to right and down the line, write again from left to right. Ready? Write this down. One is that, 'You are great at it'. Two is that, 'You love it'. Three is that, 'The world need it'. And four, is that, 'You are paid for it'. Your one and two should be above and three and four should be at the bottom.

Take a pause and honestly look at your paper and tell yourself which side of the paper you are in? Is your circle covering left part or the right part? Maybe your circle covers the upper portion or the paper? Maybe no, the bottom part of the paper? Take a moment and confirm to yourself which side you are currently enjoying, or which side you are currently at in  your life right now. For your analysis, and kindly look very well in your paper, here are the answers. Do you want to know your purpose of life?

If you have a circle covering the first two of above the line, you daily work on your passion. If your circle covers two and four, which means your circle is on right hand side, this is your mission. If your circle is at the bottom of the line, this three and four together is your vocation. If you have a circle on left side of the cross, quadrants one and four together, is your profession. 

The totality of the 360 degree quadrant, or just make a small circle at the center to cover all four quadrants, this is your purpose of life. 

The center is my purpose of life! I am truly blessed to have this known today. I am truly blessed that through AIM Global, I know I can help others find their purpose in life, too. I am truly bless that I have found my purpose in life, at an early age. I hope I have touched a part of your throbbing heart that one day, you could also join me in this journey of my life, creating wonderful life with others through AIM Global business.

AIM Global versus my Day Job

Last Sunday was one of the annual 2-hour CEO cascade by our CCO. For those of you who know me, yes, I am still working my day job but is full heartedly active and with full attitude in doing Alliance In Motion Global, here in Dubai.

I got inspired by his message (my day job's CCO) and with relation to my business, Alliance In Motion Global. I got inspired because it is really and truly more interesting to build my network here in AIM Global. Here are just few of what I collated with my day job's big business versus my moonlighting's bigger business:

My day job's business is a satellite office, like my moonlighting. But AIM Global is very strong in terms of not being 'alienated' because if you come to AIM Global every night (including Friday and Saturday), everyone knows everyone.

There is 'shrinkage'. But in AIM Global business, there is no shrinkage. With the current number now, we are producing 3 millionaires every single day!

There is cross-functioning team. Yes same as true with AIM Global, and the more you ask them to help you, the more they like you! Here in AIM Global, we are trained to love and cultivate every other team, not just because we know the art of reciprocation, but we understand that by helping, we grow our team more faster. Happy to serve, and with a smile as always!

'Water falling' your discounts to specified demographics. Here in AIM Global, you being the distributor get to enjoy the discount, and share the business and product benefits to anyone in your network. The more network you have, the more that  your group could help others.

My CCO has given like a million words which are currently happening to our company (and I'm sure you'd say same too for your company). These words are the daily functions or parameters in order for our company achieve good returns for the whole 12 months. These words include: call center, social media, loyalty rewards, food delivery, event interest, demographic, structural mapping, analytics and insights, partnership development, content strategy and creation, customer feedback, marketing innovation and strategy, digital products, internal communications, marketing and advertising, contact center, editorial content, in-store communication, HR business partner, software, targeted campaign, productivity matrix, department divisions, quality assurance, business strategy, facilities management, internal audit, finance, corporate marketing, corporate finance, staff benefits, central marketing, consolidated insights report, quantitative research, etc... But in AIM Global, everything just boils down to: partnership development.

Silver Executive Celebrations!

Me and John's Silver Executive Celebrations at the 2nd Recognition Rally.

Alliance In Motion Global here in United Arab Emirates has celebrated its second recognition rally on March 20, 2015. Our business is exponentially growing, having been acquired local business center offices in eight countries, for the past eight years alone. The previous Recognition Rally here in Dubai was held last October 10, 2014. You can see my first blog here and compare from how much the seating Conrad Hotel hall had offered, to the audience reach Indian High School, in Oud Metha, Dubai, had received.

Below are some of the photos, (and partners' shots which I just took online) on the recent Recognition Rally. The six hour event was facilitated by the Board of Directors and Chairman for Alive Foundation, Doc Connie Cabantog. The Training Team has hosted the progress of the programme.

The programme was spontaneous. The Training Team has immediately called up to the stage all the Silver Executives. Me and my husband are on the second photo below. If you can see me, I am at the middle on white blazer, while my husband John, is barely seen with his forehead and specs only visible behind the third lady, from my right. Note that not all Silver Executives has received a sash and pin on this event.

From the third photo below, and with the help of my white blazer, you can see the crowd from the left corner of the auditorium, not mentioning the crowd up on the second level. Fourth photo will show you the middle of the crowd. Fifth photo, knowing that me and John are on the mid-left of the auditorium, you can see from the photo the volume of the crowd from corner most left part of the gathering. Commotion was with the crowd when Angeline Quinto tries to meet her fans down the stage, while I was figuring out what clear photo I can share today (knowing that I will write a blog about that day).

Angeline Quinto was the entertainer celebrity who sang 6 inspiring songs to all Alliance In Motion Global partners.

Apart from us, 250 new Silver Executives, AIM Global also recognized new Gold Executives, Global Ambassadors and the USA Trip Qualifiers. The US Trip is part of the return of investment each partner can avail when you do the business extensively, all expense paid!

Doc Ed cascaded for us what are to expect in the coming few months for business expansion, innovations, and new allied business partners joining AIM Global.

Doc Connie, Chairman for AIM Global's Alive Foundation, shared a few words. She introduced Operation Smile, now as part of Alive Foundation. On February 2015, Operation Smile was successfully facilitated and brought new cheers to 180 children with clef palette.

How I Can Help You Make Your Dreams A Reality?

If you ask me now, "Do you have a business plan with me?", my answer is an outstanding "Yes!"

Take note that my written words were business plan with me and not business plan for me. There is no secret in Multi-Level-Marketing. This is a copy business. What will you copy, if there is nothing for you to copy? Your mentor in this business are your up-lines and cross-lines. You have to expose yourself to the teaching of your business partners, who were doing the business for some time now. You have to team up, build fellowship, share experiences while doing the business with your business partners.

If you sit with me today and I get to know your financial goals, then I can guide you on how  you can build your business plan in this business, which best would suit to your requirements. Not everyone is created equal. Let's say for example twins. For visual representation let us name them Joan and Joyce and are now celebrating their 30th birthday. They may have acquired different skills over ages, both having similar genes or blood type, but while Joan is a nurse, Joyce is an IT professional, this just proves that Joan and Joyce have different strengths and will take different pacing and strategy in doing Alliance In Motion Global.

For as long as you are coach-able, you can do AIM Global properly. You need to go to the office religiously for you to be able to get to know who are the best leaders you can ask guidance from time to time. What I like about network marketers? Everyone lends a helping hand.

Question of a new global distributor: "Can I copy the teachings of great leaders who are not from network marketing?" My answer to you is, why do you have to? This is a copy business.

There is no secret in Multi-Level-Marketing. You hold the key to your dreams. I can help you unlock your full potential. I just need for you to believe in yourself.
