Would you like to live your dreams as
early as now? Are you tired of waking up early in the morning and to again
catch the early morning bus just to make sure that you arrive early at work
before your boss does? Or are you on your prime, serving your job abroad for
the past 30 or 40 years of your life? Maybe you are the fresh blood of what we
call now "young professionals" who wants to step up on the cycle we
call job? 
Are you still on your job but want to
earn extra out of your "rat race"? You see, the rat race started when
our old time generation has acquired job security tilling the rice fields and
earning their salary by the end of the harvest. Today we do wait for the
harvest and salary comes every end of the month. Our job before we reap
the harvest are the projects we have on our work schedules, or the quotas
we require to achieve during the quarter cycle. The habit has become the norm.
In this present time, when all major
credit card companies has open the doors for every Juan's and John's, the
cycle for pay-day has been being sought for. Everyone today wishes to grab
the next month's salary, even after receiving this month's salary. Worse, some
people expects for the second month's salary, and so forth. Everyone today is
spending over their means. We have become viscous on the spending and
we forget on what is left for the future. I hope I am wrong, and not
everyone is on this viscous and destructive credit situation.
If today you are serving your next 30
or 40 years in abroad, let me ask you one simple question. How well do you wish
that you have not gone to earn extra out of your country, and to have
lived life in the Philippines together with your wife and kids? If
you plan to give the same legacy of becoming an Overseas Filipino Worker abroad
and pass this along to your children, please rethink and let us evaluate. Today
looking back, let us compute the number of months you have come back for
Philippines' vacation. If you are on contract and goes for annual vacation
for one month, and you multiply that for 30 years, imagine that you were with
your family "physically" for 900 days only. That is 30 day vacation
multiplied by 30 (in years)! Where you could have been with them for 30 years! Readmore
