This article is my own wordings. And the training went something like this:

Plane and momentum.

Alliance In Motion Global is your mode of transportation for financial freedom. This is our airplane. This is our business. The training team, your cross-lines and your coaches are part of this business. Get the most out of them by attending events like this, leader's training. Get the most of your team, by going to the office and bringing in your invites and do the business on a daily basis. Every time you get to invite interested individuals to check out the business, they too will get to understand that you are on fire of doing your business passionately.

Everyone in AIM Global, all the members, after signing up, are all fired up with burning desire and hopes are high up with the chance of change (earning AED1,920 per day) with this wonderful opportunity and with the system of marketing plan. Everyone should feel the same attitude of learning the business from this particular day. Hold on to this momentum.

We are in this business altogether. Once you stepped in this journey of your life with us on this plane, you sit back, relax and enjoy the ride. Enjoy the journey because you already know the destination where the captain of the plane would land. At the end of the ride, when all the passengers achieved the destination (which is financial freedom, earning AED1,920 per day), wouldn't it be nice to give a round of applause for the captain?

Imagine the plane as a beautiful piece of engineering vehicle. Now, imagine the plane on tarmac. Engines ignited, plane has started to run faster and faster. The momentum the engine brings to this heavy vehicle brings the entire plane up in the air. Am I correct? What if the plane holds up on few hiccups and doubts before it takes off? Engine would not be moving in an consistent manner. Plane will not take off with inconsistent engine. Not reaching its full throttle, the plane could not take off in the given length of tarmac. The plane would continue be on the ground and hit the wall.

Momentum in doing this business should be part of your attitude.

Now imagine the captain of the plane is, you.

As a leader of your team, wouldn't it be nice to sail in a steady manner? There are no doubts, no challenges, no fear added in your thoughts and feelings for or against Alliance In Motion Global. As a leader of your team, wouldn't it be nice to know that all your team members are all emotionally, psychologically and financially happy working with the team, as a whole? Wouldn't it be nice to confirm with one another that our destination is as sweet as honey when everyone arrived as Global Ambassadors?
