This article is my own wordings. And the training went something like this:

Plane and momentum.

Alliance In Motion Global is your mode of transportation for financial freedom. This is our airplane. This is our business. The training team, your cross-lines and your coaches are part of this business. Get the most out of them by attending events like this, leader's training. Get the most of your team, by going to the office and bringing in your invites and do the business on a daily basis. Every time you get to invite interested individuals to check out the business, they too will get to understand that you are on fire of doing your business passionately.

Everyone in AIM Global, all the members, after signing up, are all fired up with burning desire and hopes are high up with the chance of change (earning AED1,920 per day) with this wonderful opportunity and with the system of marketing plan. Everyone should feel the same attitude of learning the business from this particular day. Hold on to this momentum.

We are in this business altogether. Once you stepped in this journey of your life with us on this plane, you sit back, relax and enjoy the ride. Enjoy the journey because you already know the destination where the captain of the plane would land. At the end of the ride, when all the passengers achieved the destination (which is financial freedom, earning AED1,920 per day), wouldn't it be nice to give a round of applause for the captain?

Imagine the plane as a beautiful piece of engineering vehicle. Now, imagine the plane on tarmac. Engines ignited, plane has started to run faster and faster. The momentum the engine brings to this heavy vehicle brings the entire plane up in the air. Am I correct? What if the plane holds up on few hiccups and doubts before it takes off? Engine would not be moving in an consistent manner. Plane will not take off with inconsistent engine. Not reaching its full throttle, the plane could not take off in the given length of tarmac. The plane would continue be on the ground and hit the wall.

Momentum in doing this business should be part of your attitude.

Now imagine the captain of the plane is, you.

As a leader of your team, wouldn't it be nice to sail in a steady manner? There are no doubts, no challenges, no fear added in  your thoughts and feelings for or against Alliance In Motion Global. As a leader of your team, wouldn't it be nice to know that all your team members are all emotionally, psychologically and financially happy working with the team, as a whole? Wouldn't it be nice to confirm with one another that our destination is as sweet as honey when everyone arrived as Global Ambassadors?

Silver Executive Celebrations!

Me and John's Silver Executive Celebrations at the 2nd Recognition Rally.

Alliance In Motion Global here in United Arab Emirates has celebrated its second recognition rally on March 20, 2015. Our business is exponentially growing, having been acquired local business center offices in eight countries, for the past eight years alone. The previous Recognition Rally here in Dubai was held last October 10, 2014. You can see my first blog here and compare from how much the seating Conrad Hotel hall had offered, to the audience reach Indian High School, in Oud Metha, Dubai, had received.

Below are some of the photos, (and partners' shots which I just took online) on the recent Recognition Rally. The six hour event was facilitated by the Board of Directors and Chairman for Alive Foundation, Doc Connie Cabantog. The Training Team has hosted the progress of the programme.

The programme was spontaneous. The Training Team has immediately called up to the stage all the Silver Executives. Me and my husband are on the second photo below. If you can see me, I am at the middle on white blazer, while my husband John, is barely seen with his forehead and specs only visible behind the third lady, from my right. Note that not all Silver Executives has received a sash and pin on this event.

From the third photo below, and with the help of my white blazer, you can see the crowd from the left corner of the auditorium, not mentioning the crowd up on the second level. Fourth photo will show you the middle of the crowd. Fifth photo, knowing that me and John are on the mid-left of the auditorium, you can see from the photo the volume of the crowd from corner most left part of the gathering. Commotion was with the crowd when Angeline Quinto tries to meet her fans down the stage, while I was figuring out what clear photo I can share today (knowing that I will write a blog about that day).

Angeline Quinto was the entertainer celebrity who sang 6 inspiring songs to all Alliance In Motion Global partners.

Apart from us, 250 new Silver Executives, AIM Global also recognized new Gold Executives, Global Ambassadors and the USA Trip Qualifiers. The US Trip is part of the return of investment each partner can avail when you do the business extensively, all expense paid!

Doc Ed cascaded for us what are to expect in the coming few months for business expansion, innovations, and new allied business partners joining AIM Global.

Doc Connie, Chairman for AIM Global's Alive Foundation, shared a few words. She introduced Operation Smile, now as part of Alive Foundation. On February 2015, Operation Smile was successfully facilitated and brought new cheers to 180 children with clef palette.

Part of the three hour training was this sharing. Sir John said that he heard this quote from his friend’s father.

“The more you know that you know, the more you know that you know less and less.” In Tagalog, “Kung alam mo na alam mo, malalaman mo na ang alam mo ay kakaunti.”

 

Tumatak ito sa isip ko. Pakiramdam ko nga ako lang tumango, habang una niyang sinabi ung English part. How I Can Help You Make Your Dreams A Reality?

If you ask me now, "Do you have a business plan with me?", my answer is an outstanding "Yes!"

Take note that my written words were business plan with me and not business plan for me. There is no secret in Multi-Level-Marketing. This is a copy business. For as long as you are coach-able, you can do AIM Global properly. You need to go to the office religiously for you to be able to get to know who are the best leaders you can ask guidance from time to time. What I like about network marketers? Everyone lends a helping hand.

Question of a new global distributor: "Can I copy the teachings of great leaders who are not from network marketing?" My answer to you is, why do you have to? This is a copy business.

My Homepage 10 Days After Launch

I thought of writing this blog yesterday night as I was finishing my few minutes before publishing my Saturday Update. It has been 10 days that I have posted my website online. Very proud, yay!

Today looking back, creating my website is like a dream come true. I have learned (and paid) for website/paypal creation on the year 2012. Imagine? If you are aware of my website today, you will know that I have a few regrets in my life. This, apart from what is posted online, will be part of my list.

This is not first attempt to go online. It is a piece of work and dedication. Commitment now for me is becoming a daily routine, not a challenge if you ask me now. I have gained fully, now, my passion to reach out and try to help people to see a window of financial freedom. A window of opportunity to have dreams come true, in a shorter amount of time. Last week, I was looking back on my little cookie crumbs from point A to point B. To visually share it with you, it is my arm's reach from my keyboard (where I am typing now) close to my coffee cup just behind the ESC button. On 2012, I had created an unpublished webpage, created a map with Google locator, a blogger post, learned how to make QR code, and learned few SEO tricks. Time spent, this took awhile. Time given, maybe this will cover only a week of my life.

I was not also an online 'sharer'. I have only created a long blog all my life, looking back, from the incident I lost my (could have been) first fetus. This was on January 2010.
